CAESAR Surveys

CAESAR Surveys reflect the CAESAR network’s perspective regarding the economic, political and social situation in Romania. They provide useful references for public opinion and also represent strong signals to decision makers in the governmental, non-governmental and private sectors.

CAESAR Survey no. 1, was conducted in January 2012 and focused on protests in Bucharest and around the country that took place from January 13 to January 23 2012. The data and synthesis of results can be found HERE (in Romanian).

CAESAR Survey no. 2, was conducted in August 2012 and focused on major policy changes at the time: the appointment of a new government; impeachment of the President; referendum for impeachming the President and aftermath. The data and synthesis of results can be found HERE (in Romanian).
